This Project consists of replacement of (2) two sided marquee digital displays (upper & lower) with (2) (two-sided) larger marquee digital displays, side lettering, new sculptural logo over tension rods with new illumination. The new digital displays will be supported on existing marquee tube steel support columns with new steel frames. New factory painted aluminum panels will be added as a skin surrounding the marquee. Digital data will be supplied to new signs wirelessly. Construction Duration to Substantial Completion: Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Substantial Completion to Final Completion: Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Estimated Range of Construction Cost: $2,000,000 to $2,300,000 Contract Type: Construction Services Agreement (“Lump Sum/Low Bid”).
