- Demolition and construction of interior partitions. - Selective HVAC demo, and installation of new supply and exhaust duct work. Installation of new steam capture hood connected to the buildings exhaust system. - Relocation of existing electrical circuits. New circuits required for lab equipment. Selective demo of light fixtures and control. Installation of new light fixtures, UV lights, and controls, - Steam supply and condensate will be extended to the new location of steam kettles. Steam and plumbing connections will be made beneath the floor slab. - Modification of existing utilities to supply new sinks and equipment needed. - Existing steam kettles, along with associated controls, will be relocated and installed in the new suite.
