Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Aquatics laboratory project located at Koshland Hall Lower Level Room LL41/LL45. Project will be separated into 3 phases. Phase 1: Submittals and Main Project Construction, which includes but not limited to; - Demolition of existing walls and ceiling. Demolition of existing utilities as specified. - New HVAC ductwork and dehumidifier. - New plumbing and trench drains. Re-routing of exiting and underground plumbing connections. - New standby power service to lab. Reconfiguration of existing electrical service. Phase 2: Parking Lot Modifications - Path of Travel: Parking spot re-stripping. Phase 3: OFCI Equipment Installation and Seismic Bracing. - Seismic installation of owner furnished items. (i.e. Coral spawning system, Aquaneering tanks and racks, Growth Chambers, etc)
