Specifications include, but are not limited to: Curate existing manuals, training materials, and bulletinsto the extent practicable within the term of this RFP by providing: • Added capability for creation of new Articles including, but not limited to, the following resources: Paid Family Leave, Supportstaff procedures, Workers’ Compensation, Contact Service Center and Non-Industrial Disability Insurance. • Added capacity for Quality Assurance of vendor and EDD work and calibrations • Added capacity for Reporting and Analytics, including expansion into areassuch as Field Office Basic Evaluation System (FOBES) and Compliance • Added capability for routine maintenance of Articles, including employee feedback processing • Updating Knowledge Management (KM) program documentation (Playbook, KMS Authoring Manual, and Article Style Guide) • Salesforce technicalsupport in these primary areas: o Release management(requirements building, coordination with OSAAS) o User Acceptance Testing (UAT)support o Regression Testing o Code Freeze Coordination with EDD and vendors o Refresh Testing o Routine break/fix coordination • Continued integration and supportfor IntelligenceHub/Tableau for KM reporting insights Knowledge Management Services (KMS) Support • Provide directional guidance including areassuch as: o KMS content and development o Article management o KM Program management and documentation o Leveraging IntelligenceHub for KM insights o Quality Assurance Program o Change Management & Communications and Training for user adoption • Vendor staff and project management to ensure successful transition to EDD at project completion • Ongoing projectstatus with key stakeholders
