1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Chemical Toilet Rental and/or Services as described herein: Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to furnish and maintain portable fiberglass chemical toilet units, complete and ready to use, at Kings Beach State Recreation Area. Service will be provided at locations specified in Exhibit A, Attachment 2 - Service Schedule and Exhibit A, Attachment 3 - Site Maps, which are attached hereto and made part of this agreement. In the event that unforeseen circumstances require continued services, this agreement for Portable Toilet Rental/Service may be amended to extend the term, at the same rates, with mutual consent of the parties hereto. 2. The services shall be performed at: Kings Beach State Recreation Area, 8340 N Lake Blvd, Kings Beach CA 96143; and various locations specified in Exhibit A, Attachment 2 - Service Schedule and Exhibit A, Attachment 3 - Site Maps which is attached hereto and made part of this agreement. 3. The services shall be provided during: Monday - Saturday 6:00am - 10:00pm ; Per specifications set forth in Exhibit A, Attachment 2 - Service Schedule and Exhibit A, Attachment 3 - Site Maps, which is attached hereto and made part of this agreement. If regularly scheduled services occur on a holiday they are required to be carried out under the terms of this agreement.
