The Contractor will provide monthly treatment to the exterior of four (4) Stateowned houses, R4-19, R4-20, R4-27, R4-34, three (3) detached garages for residences, three (3) detached storage units, facility garage, facility shop, hatchery building, office building, public restrooms, and museum building. c) Task 2.1: Insect and Cockroach Prevention i. The pest control service will consist of an inspection and treatment to the exterior of the buildings using insect growth regulator and Suspend SC or similar product for insect and cockroach prevention. The Contractor will remove spider webs monthly. Protecta EVO Express bait stations will need to be serviced once a month or as needed, as determined by the Contractor during monthly inspections. Bait stations are to be placed at each service location outlined in Section 2. NO SPRAY WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE HATCHERY BUILDING. ONLY RODENT BAIT STATIONS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE HATCHERY BUILDING. The Contractor will apply insect growth regulator, Suspend SC Insecticide, or similar product to the EXTERIOR of the hatchery building only. ii. The Contractor will take all necessary precautions to protect the service locations from insect and rodent damage to equipment, infrastructure, and state-owned property. The Contractor will remove and dispose of all debris created during the performance of services.
