Task 1: Project Kick-Off A. Convene an internal kick-off meeting with Kern COG staff to discuss the project. B. Present the project vision and receive input from the Kern COG TTAC and/or RPAC. Task 2: Data Acquisition and Sharing A. Acquire the necessary data needed to complete the Land Use Model and the requirements for the project, outlined above. B. Kern COG will share any and all data available to complete the project. C. Deliverable: Technical approach – document how the data gathered will accomplish the high-level tasks outlined in Tasks 3, 4, and 5. Task 3: Procurement A. Provide a Land Use Model with specifications. B. Deliverable: Cost estimate for software purchase, on-going maintenance, and annual license fees (if applicable). An annual license fee is preferred.
