The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority ("LACMTA") requires the professional services of a qualified Program Management Support Services Consultant ("PMSSC") for the K-Line Extension to Torrance ("KLET") project (also referred to as the C-Line (Green) Extension to Torrance project) ("Project"). The PMSSC shall be capable of providing any or all the services described in this Scope of Services ("SOS") at LACMTA’s direction (as more fully described in this SOS, "Work"). The SOS may, during implementation of this contract ("Contract"), result in only part of the services being authorized by LACMTA. By execution of this Contract, the PMSSC acknowledges and agrees to such implementation of this SOS.
