Provide strength-based, culturally competent, youth-centered, family driven, developmentally appropriate, effective quality behavioral health services as defined by County BHS. 2. Provide an array of trauma-informed mental health and substance use treatment strategies including cognitive behavioral intervention, and counseling supports as indicated in the youth assessment and reflected in the individualized treatment plan. Services will be provided at YDF. 3. Serve up to 25 youth assessed as high risk and/or high criminogenic need as indicated but not limited to the Youth Level of Service/Case Management Inventory (YLS/CMI) tool conducted by Probation and at any given time as referred to by Probation. To ensure the highest quality of service delivery, the provider will maintain appropriate staffing levels. The standard staffing model requires a client-to-staff ratio of 10:1, meaning each staff member can manage and support up to 10 clients. By adhering to this ratio, the successful respondent can provide tailored, individualized care and support to VOYA participants, whose ages range from 14 years old up to 26. 4. Ensure services provided support outcomes of reducing recidivism, promote well-being, support behavior change, and target the development of strengths based prosocial behaviors related to increased functioning in the following life domains: family /parenting, peer and community relations, leisure/recreation activities, personality/behaviors, and attitudes/orientation.
