1. MULTI-USE RECREATION AND PROGRAMS FACILITY: Construction of a 6,848 square foot pre-engineered steel building containing recreational, program, restroom and service spaces. The building includes a junior high school sized gymnasium room with basketball court, two program training facility rooms, two single occupant restrooms, an equipment storage room and electrical/mechanical spaces. Site improvements include, but are not limited to site preparation and earthwork, security fencing, access walkways, utilities, and minor storm water drainage. 2. RENOVATION AND UPGRADES: Renovation of an existing kitchen, dining room, support spaces, laundry, security electronics, property storage and central control. Also, includes replacement of all cell doors and improvements in the day rooms. Barrier removal and access upgrades are required throughout the areas of work and the exterior site including restrooms and drinking fountains. Site work includes replacing damaged areas in parking lots, fixing accessible paths of travel, creating a teaching garden, providing and installing a premanufactured storage shed and greenhouse, and replacement of all perimeter security fencing.
