1. Contractor agrees to provide financial services to California Prison Industry Authority(CALPIA) for the Joint Venture Program (JVP). A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, nonconsumable supplies, parking fees and bridge tolls, insurance, transportation, equipment and every other item of expense necessary to perform services. 2. The services shall be performed at Contractor’s place of business: A. TBD 3. The services shall be provided during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, except State holidays, or as directed by the CALPIA Project Representative. 4. Service shall be available not later than the express date set by CALPIA and the Contractor, after all approvals have been obtained, the agreement is fully executed, and an SAGE Tracking Number is issued. Should the Contractor fail to commence work at the agreed upon time, the CALPIA, upon five (5) days’ written notice to the Contractor, reserves the right to terminate the agreement effective immediately. In addition, the Contractor shall be liable to the CALPIA for the difference between Contractor's bid price and the actual cost of performing work by another best value contractor.
