Remove Fan Coils 54 and 55 and dispose of properly and supply and Install (2) new Enviro Tech Industrial (ETI) model Horizontal Direct Drive (HDD) 4 pipe blower fan coils or equivalent. 1 x = 0.0 B. Connect the existing chilled water, heating water, condensate, and electrical to the new fan coils and insulate new piping. 1 x = 0.0 C. Install New Belimo 2-10v control valves with 2-way or 3-way proportional Belimo actuators. 1 x = 0.0 D. Supply and install (2) Johnson Controls International (JCI) thermostats and wiring as needed. Supply and install (2) new outside air temperature (OAT) sensors and (2) new supply air sensors for new fan coils. 1 x = 0.0 E. Run new communications lines from one new fan coil to the other new fan coil and to the mechanical room, or as needed. 1 x = 0.0 F. Supply and install Johnson Controls International (JCI) Facility Explorer (FX) field controllers with display and control voltage transformers and provide programming. 1 x = 0.0
