Specifications include, but are not limited to: Jeffrey/Alton Intersection Improvements, CIP 311406.The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Cold milling, roadway excavation and paving; removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, concrete curb, gutter, curb ramps, driveways and sidewalk; water quality structures; retaining wall; utility protection, relocation, cooperation and coordination; signing and striping; traffic signal modification; landscape and irrigation construction, and adjustment of IRWD and other utility facilities; adjusting valve covers and manhole covers to grade, and other items not mentioned here, but are required by the Plans and the Special Provisions.
