The City of Placentia invites sealed bids for a project that includes: removal of existing play equipment, rubber surfacing, sand and other existing conditions, construction of park improvements, installation of play equipment, shade sail, concrete footings, site furnishings, rubber surfacing, concrete sidewalk, hydration station, misting tower, plumbing, irrigation, landscape, solar lighting, construction staking and such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required to complete the project. All construction work shall be in accordance with the project bid documents, plans, technical specifications and all other references as depicted in strict adherence to the latest Greenbook, City’s standards and all other State and utility agency specifications.
