Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall maintain and service the Hillcrest SRRA by cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing; stocking restroom facilities; cleaning/de-icing sidewalks; performing grounds maintenance; picking up litter (including cigarette debris); washing tables, benches, and garbage cans; and sweeping all paved areas. See Attachment 2, Hillcrest SRRA Work Summary. B. Contractor shall provide all employees with clean uniforms at no cost to the employees. Shirts, pants, and shoes shall be worn at all times. C. Outer garments, such as shirts, vests, coats, jackets, sweaters or other outerwear shall display Contractor’s name as well as identify the wearer as a “Rest Area Attendant”. D. All Contractor’s representatives, working at the SRRA, shall be able to communicate in English.
