Contractor Responsibilities; A. Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to provide janitorial services. B. Maintain all areas of the building in a clean and sanitary condition by eliminating all visible dust, dirt, spider webs, litter, grime, stains, smears, and finger marks. C. Provide and replenish all supplies necessary at no additional cost to the State such as, but not limited to: liquid hand soap, antibacterial lotion dispensers, paper towels, paper seat covers, two-ply toilet tissue, trash can liners, deodorizer, polish, wax, window cleaner, stain remover, broom, mop and mop bucket, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, and duster. D. Assure supplies are replenished and fit the existing dispensers properly. E. Respond within twenty-four (24) hours to all concerns of the State. F. Check mark and initial the “Check off List” at each service affirming that the individual tasks were performed on the day of service. The “Check off List” shall be posted in a designated area across from the janitorial closet for the janitorial crew to access. CLEANING SCHEDULE: The janitorial services shall be performed: A. Three (3) times per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday B. Between the hours of 6:30 pm and 7:00 am (PST).
