Specifications include, but are not limited to: This will be a Construction Manager at Risk Project pursuant to ARS Section 34-601 et seq. A general description of the Project is: Phase 2 of Desert Sky Park will focus on Parks and Recreation amenity development for the remaining 72 acres and will include 12 multipurpose fields including a championship field with bleachers, a festival area for food truck and gathering spaces, splash pad, trail head, restroom building, Sensory Playground, and Parking accommodations for all the amenities in addition to a maintenance building. The project includes reclaimed water line and reclaimed water recovery for peak irrigation demands. This project will focus on the build-out of the unimproved areas of Desert Sky Park.
