Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. NIGHTLY SERVICE – EVENING CLEANING CREW REQUIRES TWO (2) CLEANERS, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM FIVE DAYS PER WEEK Lobbies, Case Management Offices, Common Area, Conference Rooms, Ballroom, Property Management Office, Health Clinic, Restrooms on floors 1 – 3: 1. Empty all wastepaper baskets, waste, recycle, and compost. 2. Empty all garage trash and recycle bins. 3. Wash all wastepaper baskets with food or beverage stains and residue. 4. Vacuumall carpeted areas, including aisleways, conference rooms andmeeting rooms. 5. Sweep with treated dust mop all resilient tile flooring and linoleum flooring and damp mop to remove soil & spills. 6. Perform a portion of the daily dusting for the following: furniture, file cabinets, overhead bins, partition tops, windowsills, ledges, counters, framed wall hangings and fixtures. Provide a schedule for this task referencing the date and office area addressed. Service Provider shall provide own step stool to reach higher sections of the furniture. Do not stand on desks. 7. Remove smudge marks, fingerprints, and stains from doors, door jams, woodwork, counters and walls. 8. Clean and disinfect all interview room tables. 9. Clean and disinfect the reception counter in the main lobby. 10. Clean and disinfect security desk at the lobby guard station. 11. Wash all entrance door glass inside and outside. Includes glass entries on each of the floors. 12. Wash all entrance door thresholds, and elevator lobby thresholds on each floor. 13. Clean and disinfect all panic bar hardware on emergency exit doors. 14. Sweep/vacuum and mop all stairs and stairwells. 15. Clean the handrails in allstairwells. 16. Remove food stains, soils and scuff marks from walls. 17. Clean, sanitize and polish all drinking fountains. 18. Clean allstainless-steel kickplates on doors. 19. Clean the conference room glass walls. 20. Polish wood conference tables/if vinyl clean with damp cloth. 21. Break down and throw away empty boxes. 22. Clean the mop sinks and janitor closets. 23. Clean stainless-steel shutter in the high-density file room.
