Contractor shall perform the following on a Daily basis • Empty all trash cans and recycle waste baskets; replace liners. • Dust desks, chairs, counters, cabinets, furniture, equipment, window ledges, stair rails, with treated duster or cloth. • Vacuum carpeted stairways and sweep concrete stairways. • Polish stainless steel fixtures. • Clean table, desk, and counter tops with appropriate cleaning solution(s) when clear of work materials(s). • Dust all resilient floors with treated dust mop. • Vacuum all carpeted areas. • Spot clean all resilient treated floors using a wet mop; resulting in no visible signs of dust, dirt, or mud. • Spot clean carpets. Restrooms • Clean and disinfect restrooms: toilets, sinks, showers and urinals. • Flush water free urinals with one gallon of water each. • Inspect water free urinal cartridges and replace as needed. • Wet mop and disinfect restroom floors and restroom lobbies. • Empty trash cans and sanitary napkin receptacles; replace liners. • Refill toilet tissue, seat covers, hand towels, and soap dispensers. • Clean, disinfect, and polish drinking fountains...
