The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services on a countywide basis. This would cover approximately forty-four (44) buildings totaling approximately 535,000+ square feet with major locations in Woodland, Davis, and West Sacramento, as per scope of work outlined in this RFP. For purposes of this RFP, janitorial services do not include floor care (specifically defined as: any floor finishing, stripping, or periodic spray buffing on any floor surface, nor any deep cleaning of carpets). The selected Proposer (i.e., Contractor) will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of each serviced building. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, supplies, cleaning products, transportation, licenses, permits, etc. necessary to provide a healthy, clean and neat looking environment at the frequencies and times specified herein.
