The frequency and volume of services shall be in accordance with Attachment 2, Grass Lake SRRA Work Summary 1) Contractor janitorial services shall consist of cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, and stocking restroom facilities, picking up litter, cleaning sidewalks, washing tables, benches, drinking fountains, information and phone booth, garbage cans and sweeping all paved parking areas in accordance with Attachment 2, Grass Lake SRRA Work Summary. All cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing agents will be used at the concentration percentages recommended by the manufacturer for commercial applications. 2) Restrooms shall be made presentable with unsightly trash or other items picked up from the grounds and parking lot each morning prior to 9:00 a.m. This shall be followed by a more thorough cleaning of the restrooms, picnic areas, drinking fountains, litter cans, parking lot, and grounds. 3) Contractor shall sanitize and deodorize restroom floors, urinals, toilets, walls, toilet partitions, doors, washbasins, mirrors, soap dispensers, and hand dryers. No steel wool, sandpaper, or other highly abrasive cleaning materials will be used in cleaning the floors, urinals, toilets, walls, toilet partitions, doors, washbasins, soap dispensers, and hand dryers. Windows and light fixtures will be cleaned as necessary. 4) Contractor shall conduct janitorial operations so that at least one (1) women’s restroom and one (1) men’s restroom is open at all times. At no time shall closure time for routine cleaning exceed thirty (30) minutes. Both sets of restrooms are to be made available to the public when not being cleaned. 5) In the event of an overflow, Contractor shall clear any sink, urinal, floor drain, or toilet drain of obstruction prior to contacting Caltrans Contract Manager. Contractor shall have on site a 15-foot plumbing snake and plunger for clearing plumbing obstructions
