Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Santa Ana (City) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQual) from qualified firms and organizations (Respondents) for a Jail Access Control system overhaul. Only those vendors determined to be pre-qualified by the City will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP). The City’s determination of pre-qualified vendors shall be final. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Respondent shall provide evidence of experience related to Jail Access Control system installations and removals, which includes door access, integrated video feeds, elevator controls, integration with personal alarms, power, lighting and water controls, and Public Address (PA) System. The City desires to completely update the Controls systems to streamlined, contemporary technologies and capabilities in order to carry the Jail facility through the next few decades.
