Work shall consist of planting conifer seedlings within areas as designated by Initial Estimated Reforestation Treatment Areas Table, Section 13 below. The tree planting area is estimated to consists of approximately 208 acres. B. Time and Progress of work 1) Tree planting shall be conducted between December 15 and March 1. CAL FIRE may establish a priority and sequence of where and when planting will occur during this Agreement. 2) CAL FIRE reserves the right to halt tree planting during conditions that are not favorable for tree planting, such as but not limited to, low humidity, road conditions, conflicting management activities. This does not relieve Contractor from using due diligence regarding suitable conditions for work.
