Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Invasive Plant Control Services. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide treatment of invasive plants (Scotch/French Broom and Jubata Grass) along forest roads and fuel breaks and may include treatment of Gorse, English Ivy, and Yellow Star Thistle at specific treatment sites. Treatment areas shall be all road surfaces, edges, embankments and associated landings and skid trails within 100 feet of mapped roads as well as designated fuel breaks, or other mapped project areas as designated on Attachment 2, Proposed Invasive Plant Treatment Maps in the Sample Agreement included in this IFB.
