Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful offeror shall establish and maintain the Juvenile Drug Court (JDC) Program by providing Trauma Informed case management and liaison services that address alcohol and other drug problems of juveniles ordered to participate in the JDC Program by the Juvenile Court. As ordered by the Juvenile Court or to support a participant, Contractor services may also be provided to the JDC Program participants family. Contractor-provided alcohol and other drug (AOD) intervention and recovery services shall include, though are not limited to, AOD related screening, assessment, crisis intervention, case management referral to appropriate treatment and recovery services, AOD recovery and relapse prevention education services and supports, family engagements, and in-home family intervention visits. Family engagement services are critical to achieve individual youth and program objectives. Services shall adhere to Children, Youth and Families (CYF) System of Care principles and values. Contractor shall be welcoming to individuals with co-occurring disorders (COD) co-morbidity is an expectation, not an exception. Services are provided in collaboration with Juvenile Probation and multi disciplinary team. If funds become available, services shall also include mental health clinical assessment and case management services for clients with co-occurring disorders.
