The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials and supplies required to repair existing roofs and install new roofing systems. The services shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Standard Service, Installation of New & Repair – reactive maintenance and repair activities to address failures or damage to roof systems at City owned facilities. 2. Emergency Service & Repair – reactive maintenance and repair activities during after-hours or weekends to address failures or reduced performance of roof at City owned facilities. 3. Turnkey Site Repair - (In House or Subcontractor) to return the work site to original condition, including, but not limited to concrete, ceramic tiles, painting, sheetrock, and landscape. This includes electrical and control wiring and termination to complete the job.
