Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) drydock ferry maintenance and repair services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, travel, and incidentals required to perform the dry-dock ferry maintenance services described in this Agreement to Caltrans’ Steamboat Slough Ferry (J-Mack) which may include, but is not limited to, the following: repairs and/or upgrades to the electrical systems, hydraulic systems, fuel supply systems, fire suppression systems, Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, structural elements, safety equipment, navigational systems, wheel house and machine rooms, engine mains, generators, mechanical systems, electronics, draw cable systems, painting, and anti-corrosion systems. 2. The ferry boat terminal is located on Solano Route 220 between Ryer Island and Grand Island in Solano County, California. Contractor shall transport the ferry from the ferry boat terminal to Contractor’s facility, where work shall be performed at the dry dock and at pier side. The J-Mack is a 46 gross ton ferry. 3. Any reference to Caltrans Contract Manager shall also include his/her designee.
