The successful Contractor shall provide the services to Agency and otheragencies using the Contract in accordance with the specifications andtechnical requirements as provided in this Section. The Contractor shalladdress each requirement in this Section and indicate whether or not it willcomply with the requirement. If the context requires more than a yes or noanswer or the section specifically indicates, Contractor shall explain how itwill comply with the requirement.Proposals must address eachrequirement and specification . Merely repeating the requirements may beconsidered non-responsive and may disqualify the Contractor. Proposalsmust identify any deviations from the requirements of this RFP orrequirements the Contractor cannot satisfy. If the Contractor deviatesfrom or cannot satisfy the requirement(s) of this section, the Agency mayreject the Proposal
