Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1). Voice-Over Narration Services a. The Contractor shall provide audio recording services and professional voice talent with a minimum talent pool of one-hundred (100) narrators, male and female, to choose from. Services shall be internet based such that the DMV may listen to talent demos, select talent, send scripts to talent and receive resulting recordings via the Contractor’s website. This service is for dry voiceovers with no editing. Final recording to be provided to the DMV as an MP3 format file. b. The Contractor shall provide English and Spanish language voice talent. c. The Contractor shall have a website which provides for a secure login for the DMV Audio-Visual Staff utilizing Username and Password credentials. d. The Contractor’s Website shall have a ‘Search’ feature which allows for the use of keywords to search for appropriate voice talent. e. The Contractor’s Website shall provide an on-line order form to request services for voice-talent. f. A unique order number shall be provided by the Contractor (website) for each request made. g. Confirmation of the request for services shall be emailed by the Contractor to the DMV Audio-Visual Staff. h. The DMV Project Manager shall have the right to request narration revisions as needed. (2). Character Voices a. The narrators shall have voice qualities that are identifiable with specific types of movie/TV characters or genres, geographic locations, occupations, age, etc. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of twenty-five (25) narrators with character voice capability. Final recording to be provided to DMV as an MP3 format file. (3). Male and Female Read Simultaneously a. The DMV provided script shall be read by two (2) voices, one (1) male and one (1) female, as called for in the script. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of five (5) pairs of voice talent. Final recording to be provided to DMV as an MP3 format file.
