A. GENERAL (1). The Contractor shall provide services which may include but are not limited to pay rolling of all crew and required personnel, graphic artists, musicians, actors, video duplication, and other services associated with audio and video production. (2). The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality and acceptability of all work and for all persons engaged in work, including but not limited to employees, subcontractors and suppliers. (3). All aspects relating to the performance of the Agreement are subject to the direction and approval of the DMV Project Manager. The DMV Project Manager shall request services on an as-needed basis. Job orders shall only be accepted by the Contractor when originated by the DMV Project Manager. The DMV Project Manager reserves the right to reject and have redone, at no additional cost to DMV, any unacceptable work. (4). No unauthorized person, or persons, shall have access to any materials furnished to the Contractor by the DMV Project Manager, nor shall tapes be reproduced from DMV’s master tapes. The Contractor shall not hold DMV master tapes but return them with the completed order. B. INTERNET NARRATION SERVICES (1). Voice-Over Narration Services a. The Contractor shall provide audio recording services and professional voice talent with a minimum talent pool of one hundred (100) narrators, male and female, to choose from. Services shall be internet based such that the DMV may listen to talent demos, select talent, send scripts to talent and receive resulting recordings via the Contractor’s website. This service is for dry voiceovers with no editing. Final recording to be provided to DMV as an MP3 format file. b. The Contractor shall provide English and Spanish language voice talent. c. The Contractor shall have a website which provides for a secure login for the DMV Audio-Visual Staff utilizing Username and Password credentials. d. Website shall have a ‘Search’ feature which allows for the use of keywords to search for appropriate voice talent. e. Website shall provide an on-line order form to request services for voice-talent. f. A unique order number shall be provided by the Contractor (website) for each request made. g. Confirmation of the request for services shall be emailed by the Contractor to the DMV Audio-Visual Staff. h. The DMV project manager shall have the right to request narration revisions as needed.
