Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance and personnel to: provide the DSH-Coalinga with international truck service and repair on an as-needed basis. Repair Services i. Any parts requiring replacement shall be replaced in accordance with the Parts Replacement section of this Agreement. ii. If the repair requires that part(s) be ordered or will take more than one (1) week to complete, written notification shall be presented to the DSH-Coalinga Contract Manager. For repairs exceeding $750 at a DGS-approved vendor or $350 require written approval from DSH-Coalinga Contract Manager and the Inspector of Automotive Equipment. No repair shall take longer than twelve (12) business days to complete.
