The Contractor shall paint the entire interior and exterior of the building and complete the Agreement in conformity with these specifications. a. Work includes replacement of cove base throughout, replacement of all trim, corner guard and wainscotting, and refinishing of all interior doors. b. Work includes caulking all cracks, repairing all damaged exterior stucco, wood, downspouts and flashing. c. Work includes painting and finishing of all painted interior and exterior items and surfaces. Interior shall be painted three (3) colors, exterior shall be painted three (3) colors with colors selected by the DMV Project Manager. d. Work includes replacing missing or damaged ceiling tiles. The Contractor shall replace all damaged or stained two by four ft (2’ x 4’) ceiling tiles. Tiles shall match existing, and the DMV Project Manager shall pre-approve of manufacturer and profile. e. Work includes replacing all kick plates on interior doors. Kick plates shall match existing size and color. f. Work includes patching all damaged drywall, filling all holes, and texturing patches, as well as caulking all gaps or cracks on interior trim and drywall. g. Work includes patching all damaged exterior stucco and cracks larger than ¼ inch. Smaller cracks shall be filled with caulking. h. Work includes painting all exterior bollards, light poles, and handrails. i. Work includes power washing the entire exterior of the building. j. The Contractor shall replace all faded or damaged signage on the exterior of the building k. The Contractor shall paint all curbing around the building.
