The Contractor shall paint the entire interior, replace cove base throughout, repair all damaged drywall, replace all kick plates, replace all damaged ceiling tiles, caulk all gaps, interior wood wall paneling shall be refinished. The Contractor shall paint the entire exterior, caulk all cracks, repair all damaged exterior stucco, wood, downspouts and flashing, paint all exterior bollards, light poles and handrails. The interior paint shall be three (3) colors, the exterior paint shall be three (3) colors. The colors shall be selected by the DMV Project Manager, and the exterior block shall be waterproofed. a. Work Includes painting and finishing of all exterior and interior items and surfaces. b. Work Includes replacement of cove base throughout the building. c. Work includes replacing missing or damaged ceiling tiles. The Contractor shall replace all damaged or stained twelve-inch by twelve-inch (12” x 12”) acoustic ceiling tiles, and all damaged or stained two ft by four ft (2’ x 4’) ceiling tiles. Tiles shall match existing, the DMV Project Manager shall pre-approve of manufacturer and profile. d. Work includes replacing all kickplates on interior doors, plates to match existing size and color. e. Work includes patching all damaged drywall, filling all holes, and texturing patches, as well as caulking all gaps or cracks on interior trim and drywall. f. Work includes patching all damaged exterior stucco and cracks larger than ¼ inch, smaller cracks to be filled with caulking g. Work includes painting all exterior bollards, light poles, and handrails. h. Work includes power washing the entire exterior of the building. i. The Contractor shall replace all faded or damaged signage on the exterior of the building. j. The Contractor shall paint all curbing around the building. k. The Contractor shall refinish the interior wall paneling. l. The Contractor shall waterproof the exterior block.
