Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall assign qualified personnel with at least five (5) years of comparable experience to perform the work in accordance with this Statement of Work. 2.2 The Contractor shall assign qualified key staff with ample experience engaging, gathering information, analyzing and collaborating with business leaders, local residents, community leaders and other community stakeholders or similar individuals/entities in culturally diverse, underserved and economically disadvantaged communities. 2.3 The Contractor shall assign qualified key staff with ample experience with zoning, planning, urban design, graphic design, architecture and policy regulations in the County of Los Angeles.
