The scope of this solicitation is to procure an Integrated Substitute Management System (ISMS) solution that integrates Automated Absence Reporting and Tracking, Substitute Placement, and an Integrated Voice Response system. The comprehensive solution should encompass internet (including mobile) and telephone accessibility for substitutes and District staff to report absences. This includes provision for hardware, software, and on-going maintenance and support services for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). The ISMS solution will support the District’s Personnel Commission, Human Resources, and Early Education divisions. The ISMS solution must be able to support up to 49,000 certificated, 46,000 classified, and 9,000 early education users
