Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued by the City for the purpose of obtaining a statement of qualifications and fee proposals for a vendorhosted, cloud-based integrated library system (ILS). The City seeks statements of qualifications (SOQs) from experienced firms and individuals (“Vendors”) with Fee Proposals in response to this RFQ to enter a contract for an ILS. Vendors’ Fee Proposals are to reflect their maximum pricing. The City seeks a complete, production-ready ILS, capable of delivering core circulation, acquisition, serials, interlibrary loans, reporting, cataloging, and administrative functions, as well as supporting the BiblioCommons discovery and mobile app platforms. The system must be available as cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and delivered over the internet and configured as described below. The preferred solution must have forward compatibility and be device-agnostic for an Automated Materials Handling (AMH) system. The City’s expectation is for the new ILS to integrate with its existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, Tyler Munis and Tyler Cashiering. A successful product will also support the City's growing offsite and outreach initiatives, provide a platform that works for all levels of staff, and feature a modern and intuitive interface
