Specifications include, but are not limited to: UCLA Health is requesting vendors to submit their responses to this Request for Proposal (hereafter referred to as “RFP”) for the UCLA Health System. UCLA Health seeks to acquire an Insider Risk Management or User Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) solution that proactively detects suspicious / malicious behavior and identifies insider risk before it negatively impacts the organization, or worse, the delivery of patient care. Key requirements for this solution include: establishing a ‘normal’ baseline for the UCLA Health System enterprise, proactively detecting suspicious and/or malicious activity (hidden threats) and improving UCLA Health System’s ability to quickly and accurately respond to IT Security / Cybersecurity related events.
