• Quality and Service Excellence: Provide high-quality commissary goods and services to incarcerated individuals at all Sheriff’s Office Correctional Facilities. • Cost Efficiency: Operate a full-service commissary program at no cost to the Sheriff’s Office. • Collaboration & Communication: Maintain an open and cooperative relationship with facility administration, Sheriff’s Office staff, and other relevant County agencies or departments. • Product Selection & Pricing: Work closely with the designated Sheriff’s Office Corrections Lieutenant and assigned staff to determine the commissary product offerings and establish fair and transparent pricing. • Technology & System Enhancements: Ensure commissary operations have the latest, most effective technology solutions by maintaining seamless integration with existing JMS and Tablet systems, optimizing money management solutions, and implementing ongoing system updates and improvements. • Reliable Delivery & Operations: Ensure timely and uninterrupted delivery of commissary goods to all correctional facilities, adhering to the established delivery schedule without disruption.
