The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Information Technology (IT) Strategic Plan. The City has recently established its IT Division and now seeks to create a five-year roadmap to guide the Division’s growth, priorities, and investments. This plan will provide both short-term and long-term direction for technology initiatives; assess the current IT environment across all City departments; and identify strategies, staffing, governance, and systems that will enable the IT Division to mature into a high-performing, innovative service organization. The IT Strategic Plan will align with the City’s broader strategic goals and address key priorities including cybersecurity, digital service delivery, data-driven decision-making, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and the adoption of emerging technologies such as cloud services and artificial intelligence.
