WRCOG is soliciting firms to handle the day-to-day IT and AV operations of the Agency. The broad responsibilities of services provided are meant to proactively advance WRCOG’s technology capacities through frequent analysis in order to increase cost effectiveness and ensure the agency’s cyber-security. More specifically, this solicitation is to provide technology support including the following: A. Technology Officer Services B. Support Requirements for Day-to-Day Agency Staff Needs (Workstations, Servers, Peripherals, Call Center, and Network Equipment) C. Proactive / Regular Maintenance Requirements for Workstations, Servers, Peripherals and Network Equipment (Daily, Monthly, as needed) D. Proactive health and security for Workstations, Servers, Peripherals, and Network Equipment (On-Going) E. IT Reporting (Available via Online Portal) F. Audio / Visual Support G. Project and other remediation services
