The selected vendor shall provide virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) services to support SRTA in day-to-day IT operations, long-term planning, and strategic decision-making. The vCIO will serve as SRTA’s trusted technology advisor, maintaining regular communication with SRTA’s designated IT liaison, including monthly checkins, project updates, and planning discussions.
