Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Oxnard, Information Systems, hereinafter referred to as IS, seeks proposals from qualified firms that specialize in providing Information Technology Four-Year Master Plans and related services. A qualified firm will assist in preparing a master plan to guide in the acquisition and support of information technology resources for the next four years. It will prioritize and identify costs for new initiatives and serve as a guide for the Citys annual operating budget and capital improvement plan (CIP). The primary focus of this master plan is on the City Managers Information Systems Division with a secondary look at examining how all four of the City of Oxnards Information Systems groups might better coordinate Information Technology (IT) efforts.
