Specifications include, but are not limited to: San Francisco State University intends to engage a consultant or consultants to conduct an analysis of campus operations related to Information Technology (IT). The purpose of this analysis is to evaluate and assess overall IT expenditures, processes, services, and support provided to the campus in order to identify opportunities for streamlining operations, improving efficiency and efficacy, eliminating duplication, and most importantly, reducing costs across campus while continuing to meet the diverse teaching, learning, and research needs of the University community. Downloading Bids: All interested Bidder MUST register on-line at Http://www.planetbids.com/SFSU/bidframe.cfm to download the Bid Package and to receive future addenda. Addenda and Modification of Bids In the event SF State determines a substantive modification to the provisions of the ITB is required it will issue a written addendum to all Bidders of record. All registered Bidders should automatically receive e-mail notification of posted addenda. Bidders, who are not registered at the Bid/Contract Opportunities site, should do so as all addenda will be posted to that site. Regardless of registration status, it is Bidder?s sole responsibility to be aware of all posted addenda and to acknowledge same when submitting a response. Failure to acknowledge addenda may render the bid non-responsive. A Bidder may modify a bid by letter or fax transmission at any time prior to the closing date and time for receipt of bids.
