1. The Contractor shall provide BAR with contact information for each service city as listed on the Contractor Contact List (Exhibit A, Attachment 2) within five (5) days of contract execution. 2. BAR shall provide the Contractor with physical addresses and a contact person for each service location (Exhibit A, Attachment 1) within five (5) days of contract execution. 3. The Contractor shall provide BAR with a catalog and detailed written description of their initial uniform sizing, selection, ordering, and installation process within five (5) days of contract execution. 4. BAR Project Coordinators will specify the uniform colors and styles (such as solid or striped, long or short sleeved) to be supplied by the Contractor, based on the variety offered by the Contractor within fifteen (15) days of contract execution. 5. The Contractor shall have high-visibility orange, yellow or equivalent long and short sleeve work shirts available, preferably American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Class 3 compliant.
