Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of pavement rehabilitation and restriping of Indian Wells Lane from approximately 120 feet north of Hwy 111 to the kidney shaped roundabout, including the roundabout area, and parking lots 1,2, and 3 at the Indian Wells Golf Resort. In addition sidewalk and ADA improvements will be constructed on the North and West side of Parking Lot 3. The installation of a new monument sign and associated landscaping at the Hwy111 – Indian Wells Lane intersection, Relocation and Furnish and Install of EV Charger, and Sidewalk Improvements along Hwy111 between Rancho Palmeras Dr and Cam de Dorado are included as alternative bid items. The City shall award the Contract to the lowest responsible Bidder submitting a responsive Bid.
