The Consultant shall perform consultation, professional and technical services required for Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) and Scheduler related Project Development and Construction Support Services including, but not limited to, analysis, reports, and work related to Independent Cost Estimate, and Scheduler for the Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
