The City is developing a bench list of contractors that can provide in-person or virtual training/coaching for one or more of the following categories: ● Strategic Planning and Management ● Negotiations ● Communication and Customer Service ● Diversity, Equity and Inclusion ● Employment Law ● Supervisor Skills and Development ● Public Sector Personnel/Workforce Planning ● Computer and Software Skills ● Other Training Topics as determined by the City These services will be provided on an as-needed basis via a Task Order Solicitation (TOS) process to select the most qualified firm to provide the services requested in the TOS. The Personnel Department will utilize a competitive process to review and evaluate the Task Order Solicitations based on various factors which include but are not limited to capability, experience and performance, qualifications, cost effectiveness, and other project specific criteria. The Personnel Department reserves the right to issue Task Order Solicitations on a rotational basis.
