The Work consists of improvements at the intersection of Indian Canyon Drive and Via Escuela in the City of Palm Springs. The scope includes construction of ADA-compliant curb ramps, curb and gutter, pavement, signing and striping, installation of a new traffic signal, and integrating the signal to Coachella Valley Association of Government’s (CVAG) existing fiber communication system. The Work also includes removal and reconstruction of existing roadway features as necessary. Optional Bid work may also be awarded for traffic signal improvements at the intersection of East Palm Canyon & Sunrise Way. The Work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion within 90 working days. Working days may be paused for verified long lead time items, subject to the Engineer’s approval.
