The Commission is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a contract to one (1) Statewide Organization (hereafter referred to as “Contractor”) to lead statewide efforts to conduct advocacy, training and education, and outreach and engagement activities on behalf of Immigrant and Refugee Populations, as authorized by the Commission at its meeting on November 21, 2024. The Statewide Organization will work with seven (7) local organizations to uplift their voice from their local areas to a statewide platform, as well as advocate for all Immigrant and Refugee Populations at the statewide level. The successful Proposer must demonstrate that it has the experience and organizational capacity to effectively carry out a contract of the scope and magnitude of this RFP. The successful Proposer must describe how it meets the minimum requirements, including the depth and breadth of experience working with Immigrants and Refugees.
