The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFQ”) is to invite qualified bidders to prepare and submit proposals to provide a comprehensive FinOps and Hybrid Cloud Management solution to replace legacy tooling (Beam). The objective is to procure a platform that provides unified cost visibility, financial governance, and security posture management across multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises (Nutanix AHV) environments for University of California, San Diego (“UCSD” or “UC San Diego” or “University”), in accordance with the requirements set forth in this RFQ.
